OUR SCHOOL
St. Philomena’s Girls High School, Poonthura is a girls’ high school in Poonthura, Kerala, India. It is run by the Canossian Daughters of Charity. The school was established in 1952
It is one of the schools in the coastal belt which aims at bringing up girls for the good of the family and the society. There is a total of 2437 students, 56 teaching staff, 7 administrative staff and 7 sisters . There are classes from standard I to X, comprising of 4 divisions. Each of one division is an English medium class. The school excels in the Academic, Arts and Sports fields. The SSLC results in our school has consistently been good.
